What is the White Flag

"What are you talking about?" After some recent studies, there has been discovered a new creature that is related to the Avarice, it is called, "The White Flag", aside from the name, it is a Cognito Hazard and extremely dangerous figure.

Songs that the Hyades shall sing,
Where flap the tatters of the King,
Must die unheard in
       Dim Dimmer.
